Image Storage and Retention Policy

All clients must consent to digital images of their art work created in online therapy sessions being recorded and stored securely by Kim Harrison.

 

Digital images will be stored securely in a password protected digital filing system, and will be shared in supervision as necessary.

 

Kim Harrison will inform clients and ask for verbal consent on the Zoom call before taking a screenshot of any artwork.

 

These digital images will be retained as part of clients' clinical records for the duration of their therapy with Kim Harrison, and for at least 7 years afterwards in line with professional guidelines.

Reading and consenting to this policy is a mandatory checkbox on the online and paper self-referral forms.
